It will not work the way you describe your intentions.....

The Hassy Lens to R adapters all are set up for Infinity focus.  Putting 
some form of "stuff" between the adapter and the lens or
adapter and body, will move the lens away from the body.  That would force 
the lens to focus closer than infinity... like for macro
work.

Now if you had a FlexBody and did some form of adapter to the back of a 
Hassy magazine mount, then you could get what you want......

Did Leica ever offer a Tilt and Shift lens?

I was thinking of buying 2 hasselblad to leica R adapters and
interconnecting them with the working end of a plunger.
