Brian is correct that the employee needs to sign a document that they are a contract employee hired for a specific purpose and a very limited time frame. No offer of employment or expectation of employment is part of this assignment. They agree that you do not control their hours, schedule, or how they go about performing the assignment. Basically, if you use one of the contracts for photographers you will be fine.
