Hire someone who is a good wedding photographer, but of no value to you in life. Let your brother do just what he asked -- shoot photos as a gift to the bride. It takes the pressure off him and does not threaten a lifelong relationship if something should go horribly wrong. Chances are he will bring you the best photos of the occasion, but don't put the pressure on him. Let him have fun, too.
