If the LUG was a wild west saloon, I'm thinking that Kyle would have some more subjects for his current series. Me I'd be pleased to be counted at the table with the crawfish. Following on from that, I'm one of the posters of amateur, mediocre or Hallmark images of no social import. Yet I have always received polite acknowledgement and encouragement. It seems to me that there is quite a social aspect to the LUG, as well as some very high quality and inspirational images to be found. There's a great deal to learn from the many talented members, as well. That most certainly includes discussion on insights and analysis of images as well as attaboys. A number of members share family and cultural glimpses. I enjoy those as well. Plenty of room, I would hope for National Geographic covers and grandma's brag book page. Of course those shooting with Leica gear enjoy the whole experience. This is the LUG. Equally, plenty of great images shared that never saw Leica glass. Just my AU 2.8c worth at today's depressing exchange rate. Was there a big fight recently that I failed to notice?
