Well that is the question isn't it - why do we photograph what we
photograph? draw what we draw? sing what we sing? If it's to become a
little Walker Evans - what's the point? If it's to document the
change since Walker stood there - O.K. worth a look. BTW - I'm also
quite in favor of imitation for learning purposes. But ultimately - I
want to find and encourage others to find their unique voice.
