I haven't contacted them.  I thought I'd try to fix it from my end 
first.  I checked on their forum and other people seem to have 
similar problems and compensate by oversaturating the colors before 
uploading.  Others don't seem to see any difference.  That could be 
either a problem with eyes or with monitors!
