Thanks, but with this system of programmes there seems to be 
intercommunication etc, things which should probably be set up properly 
in the first place. I still use my computer in a pretty primative way 
and am yet to master OS X and advanced document filing and backup. 
Having coughed up the money and with increasing digital files to store 
etc I just wonder if I need a crash course in using the computer 
wisely.
