Jeffery,
I have truly appreciated the images you have been posting of your home
town. Thank you for braving the destruction.

With that said, this image would be vastly more powerful with either a
gorgeous blue sky and an ornage filter with a few puffy clouds to dramatise
what has happened or with powerful differentiated storm clouds. None of
this is going anywhere anytime soon; what will make the things you see and
feel come through with more feeling to someone sitting in the comfort of
central heat, electricity, and a good red wine at hand.

Again, your images are powerful.
