Eric,
Thank you for noticing.  Actually, this was a parking space of last resort
as the new Aquarium is drawing a lot of people into the downtown area.  I
got out of the car, went to the stairwell, looked up, framed, click, click,
click, and went down to see what I could capture at the aquaium.

The people were just an element to the image.
