You'll be just fine. The Russian post is suprizingly reliable; at
least when things are coming your way. If you ever have to send
something that way, you can get good reliable results too ... IF you
write off and get a GIF or JPEG of the Cyrillic address of the
addressee and paste that on to your package.

The 85 Jupiter-9 is the one with the problem, and it's not only with
Leica but even with Zorkis. It has a complicated focusing system due
to the fact that it has been moved over from a Contax/Kiev mount to a
LTM. The others will probably be just fine. My Jupiter-8 is spot on,
even wide-open.

There's a good supplier of metal, vented lens hoods (in LA). Let me
know if you need the address.

I don't use one on the LTM's (blocks the viewfinder too much) but I do
on the Kiev's. Mostly because it looks cool :-)
