Hi Steve,
No question, Mickey 2 for obvious reasons of two things.
1/ The tube across his face is gone.
2/ This is a happy smiling kid in hospital with a "make any viewer feel good 
and smiling."

Certainly not creating a feeling of despair and sorry for the little guy as 
we see in Mickey 1!
