I love the color, too, although I can't look at it long;^) Color correcting the face here, I'm unsure about. In that environment, I'm sure his face looked that color. We can "fix" color pretty easily nowadays. I've noticed shooting pictures of things largely because of the unusual light color, but then finding that the color looks TOO unusual in the presentation. This one for instance attracted because of the brilliant orange from the sun on the horizon. Anyway, I think you are in the same sort of dilemma here. The color is so extreme that it may actually distract from what you saw.
