Subject: [Leica] OT: Shooting Xmas trees at night - ?

Kodak provides lighting guidelines. Just go to Kodak.com and poke around
until you find them. I'd give you the exact location, but the silly-a** Mac
I'm on at a client's office is not running a correct browser.

I prefer ISO 160 chrome stock. You can try professional ISO 400 and 800
color print films, but you'll probably have to deal with an auto-exposure
processor-printer that will make your blacks and whites grey, aka dull. If
you're shooting one of those chic white light displays that is trying to not
be garish, then b&w might be the appropriately chic compliment.

Tripod. Cable release. Lock the mirror up if you're using an SLR. Bracket a
lot (the display's not going anywhere, so you have time). Be mindful of
reciprocity failure. Fill the thermos with hot cocoa.
