The message is still there this way.... "it's a very sick child!" She's in attendance in a support position. If one is going to bring the nurse more in focus it only works if she's all the way in focus. Then she becomes a distraction taking the attention away from the child. At the moment she's there out of focus as best she should be, because the child is the point of focus. But if the nurse were sharper, even a little bit, then she creates a kind of "over all out of focus look." All she needs is to be seen, that means the child is being taken care of. I know you mean well, but this is beautiful as it should be, as is! ted
