Darn. Just heartbreaking.... Best to the little one....

I think the nurse's expression helps it picture-wise. Toward that train of 
thought, from the DOF, I think you are shooting at F1 already? Perhaps 
shooting at ASA800 @1.4 would give you just a wee bit more of the nurse in 
focus?
