Matt,

I have a Rapidgrip on its way to me at the moment. Though the lenses
I use are small (28mm Elmarit, 35 & 50mm Summicrons) I am hoping that
it will reduce hand ache during those hours or discrete carrying
necessary for my streetwork. I can report back on my experiences in a
week or so.
