I'd love to take credit for consciously arranging or choosing elements in a particular way, but that would be pretentious of me - I just see them and shoot them - only in the studio have I ever tried composing images, and even then I usually give it back to the model and ask her to take it in some direction . . . I just wish I could be that conscious before snapping the picture - usually I only understand why I took the picture after I print it and analyze it. Thanks again, and best of light - Norm > Message: 5 > Date: Tue, 08 Nov 2005 08:49:35 -0500 > From: Jim Hemenway <Jim@hemenway.com> > Subject: [Leica] Katie at Kubota > To: Leica Users Group <lug@leica-users.org> > Message-ID: <4370ACEF.3070705@hemenway.com> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii; format=flowed > > Norm: > > http://gallery.leica-users.org/Norms_Images/Katie_at_Kubota_Gardens > > This is a wonderful photo, I like the way that you've used the branches > to draw the eye into the center of the composition. > > Jim
