Frank,
When I have 400 speed film in the camera for whatever reason and want to use
1.4 I rapidly run out of shutter speed. About three to four years ago one of
our members (Rei Shinozuko) posted a series of quiet wonderful images using
a Noctilux wide open outdoors. I don't like some of the backgrounds that the
Noctilux creates but want to use a similar technique with 1.4 lenses.
I appreciate the comments and it is all about the right tool for the right
objective. Using one of your designs in Atlanta traffic would be very
amusing. :)
