So many folks get their knickers in a knot over digital equipment being obsolete before it comes out, it's a wonder they ever bought a camera in the first place. I use my digilux 2 lots of times, but never think about it in a negative thought as I know what I can get out of it and what I expect. Therefore always a positive thought. Particularly when there's a 20D Leicanon hanging off my other shoulder.;-) It's a complete waste of time constantly comparing digital camera advances and the immedite death of each arriving on the scene! Hell, in reality this "advancement is going to go on for a very long time, certainly as long as the manufacturers know the "dummies out there" will buy whatever they put out there! ;-) But once they find out the buyers aren't taking the bait of improved this or that any longer, they'll settle down and only produce things of great value for each and every one of us that do not require an up-grade every one or two years. And so the fairy tale of digital cameras goes on! :-) ted
