The lens itself has beautiful Bokeh and is very sharp and detailed without artificial looks. I found that digital still is not for me though I will be triyng the 5d soon - so far nothing beats film to the kind of work I do :-) sorry Vick I guess you can not use this info about a canon lens to much on your Leica but if you shold go canon digital it is a great lens regards Ruben >>> >>>Vick Ko wrote: >>> >>> >>> >>>>Are there legendary Leica SLR lenses in 90 to 100mm range? >>>> >>>>I've heard the 100mm f2.8 APO is stunning. >>>> >>>>I assume the 90mm ASPH in R mount is similarly stunning. >>>> >>>>Do you have reports/anecdotes support or disputing the above, or other >> >> >>>>recommendations? >>>> >>>>How about the 80/1.4? >>>> >>>>Regards, >>>> >>>>Vick Ko >> >> >> >> _______________________________________________ >> Leica Users Group. >> See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information >> >> > > -- > Nathan Wajsman > Almere, The Netherlands > > General photography: http://www.nathanfoto.com > Seville photography: http://www.fotosevilla.com > Stock photography: http://www.alamy.com/search-results.asp?qt=wajsman > http://myloupe.com/home/found_photographer.php?photographer=507 > Prints for sale: http://www.photodeluge.com > > > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
