I've tried several copies of the 21-35mm lens with adapters on the EOS 1Ds.
I discovered that at the wide end at the wide aperter from 21 - 24mm the 
corners are extremely soft. It is so soft that it looks as though it was 
shot with a coke bottle! See a full resolution pix here:

For those who has this lens, can u verify if yours is just as bad.
