Didier,

I think the picture would benefit from cropping on the right and at the 
bottom, especially at the bottom where there is a lot of dead space.

I poked around the site, BTW, and his prices are not that much higher 
than non-bio stuff at a Zurich supermarket. This may be the future of 
Swiss agriculture--quality eco stuff combined with some tourism, since 
they can never compete with EU farmers on normal, mass-produced stuff.
