Yup, B&H rocks. They have a good web site, good prices and ship
super pronto, with good email follow up, tracking numbers and the like.
My two experiences buying used gear (one was slightly damaged new
gear) were positive as well. My one return experience was hassle free.

Recently I've been hunting down a few relatively obscure papers and
other products and have purchased from some smaller outfits. After
one week, a few of the outfits have yet to deliver my stuff.

BTW, among small shots I've been impressed with MIS (inksupply.com).
They're web site might be a bit confusing (for a confusing product - alt
inksets
for printers). But they also ship super promptly with good email follow
through
and transparency.
