I have been shopping with them since 1985, when I lived in Florida--we had a couple of local stores, but the service was indifferent and the prices high, so there was no reason to patronize them. Since then, I have shopped at B&H while living in New Jersey, then Belgium, Switzerland and Holland. I find their ordering process on the web excellent, and they have always accomodated any special wishes I had (such as shipping stuff to my uncle in Florida so that I could smuggle it back to Europe myself etc.). No, you will not get personalized service, but you will competent and accurate order execution, a great selection and an absence of bait-and-switch tactics so common in other places (especially the ones that make you call them to confirm the order).
