In the interest of full disclosure, but with considerable trepidation, I confess that all the pictures in this series were taken with a Canon G6 point-and-shoot. I chose that one as my pocket camera, because it actually fits in my pocket, because it allows me manual overrides when I need them, because it gives me RAW, and because it uses the same batteries and CF cards as my 20D SLR. I hate it when family duties infringe on riding time, especially on a lovely Saturday morning, a rarity in this country.
