Been breathing to many Pasilla pepper sauce fumes.

Boil Pasilla peppers in orange juice with some spices.
Blend in yuppie appliance.

Use over rice.
Makes brown rice taste good even.

Stuff goes bad in a month in your fridge though.

I'm going to buy a big freezer with a big red dot on it.
Freeze half of what I cook.
Or
Put one third in fridge,
one third in freezer,
one third gets eaten.

I think creative freezing is the key to yuppie single bachelor bliss.

Plus creative de thawing.

Though the use of steamers.
I say NEE to microwaves!
