It's all well and good to read the theory pushers, but practical users know better as we produce digital 13X19 prints every day and I defy anyone to tell me they're no good! By the same token when we shoot we fill the frame with little or no waste space, actually no different than shooting film, so there's little cropping required. Try it, you might be surprised. ;-) ted
