That wall behind (two old pieces of foam core) has been annoying me for a long time... I have some better uses of it in other frames (where the joint is hidden by the head, for example), but I should just get rid of it. And the wrist band is interesting -- I was so intent on getting her to brush her beautiful hair that I don't think I noticed her wrist band while I was shooting. Some help you are, really. Thanks for your comment. bill h ----- Original Message ----- From: "Adam Bridge" <abridge@gmail.com> To: "Leica Users Group" <lug@leica-users.org> Sent: Tuesday, April 12, 2005 6:30 PM Subject: Re: [Leica] This week > Speaking just for me I find the lighter section of wall the left, and > the little design on her wrist band conspire to make my eyes ignore > the subject and sort of just wander around. > > I'm not sure where a better place to put it would be - maybe if it > bisected her although then the shadows on her face would be the > opposite as the contrast of the wall behind her which is sorta > unsettling too. > > Some help I am! > > Others might have more useful observations! > > Adam > > On Apr 12, 2005 11:45 AM, bill harting <wharting@verizon.net> wrote: >> This week's picture, with no promises. >> >> http://gallery.leica-users.org/album93/R10_04_9A >> >> Take a look. >> >> bill h >> >> _______________________________________________ >> Leica Users Group. >> See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information >> > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
