I share your sentiments - Sony's takeover of the Contax name would be 
logical - after all they have used CZ glass on all of their primary models.

Ownership of Contax - would also demonstrate to the world of their (new) and 
radical approach to business - now CEO'd by a non Japanese for the first 
time.
