Dear Fellow Luggers

Late last year I received my BH-55 from RRS but with a wrong cover - and 
since then I have been trying and communicating with the company for the 
replacement.

They confirmed and promised - but this is April 2005 and I am still waiting.

Wonder if any Luggers out there have the same experience?
