Concerning the rewind mechanism, I prefer the MP and the M3 system than the one of the M4, M6...., maybe I have a particular taste... Yes, it has a better viewfinder - and finally having acknowledged the DEFECT in the M6 viewfinder system Leica should have at least been offering to refit the M6s of registered original owners at cost ;-) - but aside from that, there is absolutely nothing about it that will in any way improve the photography of a "Leica photographer." And given that cameras are tools with which to achieve one's photographic vision, why pay extra for the MP if it can build better images? -----Original Message----- From: lug-bounces+bdcolen=earthlink.net@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+bdcolen=earthlink.net@leica-users.org] On Behalf Of Luis Ripoll Sent: Wednesday, April 06, 2005 4:16 PM To: Leica Users Group Subject: RE: [Leica] Leica M3 purchase Hi Bob, I'm agree if somebody is looking for a M6 or M6TTL, but IMO once you have tried a MP the VF is really much more better than the M6 Saludos desde Barcelona Luis -----Mensaje original----- De: lug-bounces+luisripoll=telefonica.net@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+luisripoll=telefonica.net@leica-users.org]En nombre de B. The prices have dropped through the floor. Now's the time, before Leica goes belly up, to buy an M6. :-) -----Original Message----- From: lug-bounces+bdcolen=earthlink.net@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+bdcolen=earthlink.net@leica-users.org] On Behalf Of grduprey@aol.com Sent: Tuesday, April 05, 2005 4:55 PM To: lug@leica-users.org Subject: Re: [Leica] Leica M3 purchase Not from what I have seen, he is just about right. -----Original Message----- From: B.
