There is absolutely no question that it will, for the simple reason that
digital color capture is, for the vast majority of uses, already equal
to or superior to film. Black and white is another matter entirely.

Indeed, the b&w market will obviously reach a point at which it will 
stop declining - the question is if that level will be sufficient to 
sustain an industry or just a factory.

I have the feeling b&w film will outsell colour neg in the end, though.
