I think that we need to keep in mind that AA made a number of copies of
most of his prints.  He was after all making a go by selling prints.  I
believe that there would be significant variability in the prints.

I do know that the prints at the Ansel Adams Gallery by Mono Lake are
absolutely stunning. Of course it doesn't hurt that the owner is Ansel's
granddaughter.

Regarding W. Eugene, you have to consider that he might print over three
days nonstop with just a little chemical help.
