Another way to look at this is that you can use the crop factor to
convert the f-stop An 8x10 print made from a digital camera at f 2 with
a 1.5 crop factor will look the same (with respect to depth of field) as
an 8x10 print made with a full frame camera at f 3.0. (same camera
location, different focal length lens giving the same angle of view).
