I feel the speed of the lens is more relevant than its mount when it comes to pricing, i.e. the maximum aperture of a lens has more influence on its pricing than what mount it is in. R lenses usually costs approx. 10% more than the M mount equivalent. Applying your argument, the Heliar is not even a M mount lens like the Zeiss. And it is close to two stops slower.
