But it is NOT built like a Leica lens. Of course, if we're going to be vaguely subjective, we might say that the Leica M lenses are "overbuilt," if such a thing is possible. :-) -----Original Message----- From: lug-bounces+bdcolen=earthlink.net@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+bdcolen=earthlink.net@leica-users.org] On Behalf Of feli Sent: Thursday, January 06, 2005 3:10 PM To: Leica Users Group; 'Leica Users Group' Subject: RE: [Leica] BESSA R3A or M7 >And you can buy how many 4/21s for the price of a Leica 21 ASPH? ;-) Ohhhh, about 6 or 7. ;-) My point was that the previous mail was saying that Erwin stated that VC's build quality was above that of Leica, which is not correct and something he has never said. >You gets what you pays for....as the saying goes....I'd guess that when >you pay the Zeiss prices, you're going to get the Zeiss quality - but >what do I know... :-) Fe;o ------------------------------------------------------------------------ --------------- Feli di Giorgio feli2@earthlink.net www.elanphotos.com _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
