Sorry JB,
Both Fedex and UPS (as well as Purolator/DHL etc) do charge the handling
fee to the recipeients (at least here in Canada). The fee is $35.00 CNDN
and applies whether the value of the item is $1.00 or $1,000.00. Anything
arriving via USPS does not have the fee attached.
