[Leica] R lenses on Visoflex with M body?

Hi,

There is an adapter to use R lenses on a M camera. Now and then they pop 
up at the well known auction site. They sell for quit some money though.
With this adapter you can of course mount the R lens to a visoflex but I 
don't think they will focus to infinity.
