I, too, have the "Leica Manual,'' by Morgan & Lester,  First Edition, 1935 
{second printing}; 10th Edition, 1944; 12th Editon, 1951  & 15th Edition, 
second 
printing 1973. 
   I had several more early editions of Morgan &  Lester but had 
considerable 
difficulty finding any camera collectors  interested in paying even $5 USD 
for them. -- bob  cole
