I also have the "Pocket Leica Book," with the book jacket, 3rd  Edition, 
1955, published in Vaduz, Liechtenstein but printed in Germany. I had a  
second 
copy, without the book jacket, but sold it five years ago for $18 USD. I  
also 
have four paper-back editions of the Leica Guide, printed in various  
cities.
