Subject: [Leica] learning Photoshop from a book?

I like "Adobe Photo shop Masterclass" 2nd Ed. by John Paul Caponigro. 
It is not a straight recipe  book and visually good looking. 
Orientation toward photography, none of the other stuff PS can do. 
Fairly broad in coverage. Expensive: what book isn't now days.
