Hello Tom,
Yes we know each other. :-)  Sandy was my assistant for 9 years and when I 
wanted to shoot my latest medical B&W book, "Women in Medicine. A 
Celebration of their Work." Sandy became an associate as she's a remarkable 
photographer in her own right.
