Eric,

No real difference. The Fuji Neopan developer is what my lab uses, so 
all the B&W I have shot since moving to the Netherlands last year has 
been processed in it (because at the moment I do not have a good space 
to put the Jobo). Gives surprisingly good results, whether it is Fuji 
Acros, Tri-X or Neopan 1600.

For own use, I would still prefer XTOL.
