It beats trying to get it in by hit or miss action, and the index mark on
the adapter is almost invisible when on a lens. Actually it is almost
invisible before you mount it on the lens. ;-) The lens is nice, although
the hood that comes with it is worthless, so I put a 35/2.0 Summicron hood
(12585) on it which works tremendously better.
