Several years ago I offered to Brian, the list owner, to post weekly* instructions on how to unsubscribe. At the time the most common posting was "How the #@&$ do I unsubscribe?". Since then the content of the housekeeping messages has changed as the list members and list software has changed. I have added quotes from various other messages Brian has sent to the list. All this is to guide list members from repeating troubling incidents from the past. At one time Brian actually filtered the word eBay which then became known as "the place that dare not say its name". When people disregard these messages, I send out reminders. Any actual action can only come from Brian himself. I guess that makes me the "list cop's" annoying little brother :-) John Collier * Sometimes I forget or take a month or two off.
