Hi Oliver. My own service only goes back 39 years so you have a few on 
me. However, as I type this, I'm looking at an original War Department 
Technical Manual TM 1-219; "Basic Photography". It's dated 1 July, 1941 
and my guess is that you would find the contents familiar.

Whether I know his name or not, the old soldier has my respect.
