Subject: [Leica] was decline is Digital Rebel / Eos 300D

I've had the EOS300D for 3 weeks now, and I must say I'm very impressed,
OK the 18-55mm EF-S
lens supplied in the bundle is not too hot wide open, Sigmas and Tamrons
and the prime Canon lenses
I have for an EOS 500N all work perfectly on it, only one complaint, as
far as I can find out it's
not SCA compatible (only E-TTL flash capability, my Metzes are all
A-TTL). I'm now considering
a Leica on EOS adapter, either Novoflex or Cameraquest, anybody used
either of these ?

BTW the software is pretty intuitive, and I can really recommend
shooting in RAW mode,the possibilities
of rescuing a duff shot are incredible - change the colour temperature,
contrast, colour, change the exposure
parameters and, and and .........
If you've ever used another EOS/Rebel model the change to digital is no
problem at all.
