How does he think this is a Bush thing? This sounds like a local decency
laws problem, instigated by a complaint. Not that I am defending Bush, but
this does not seem to have anything to do with anything his administration
has done.

Hi guys, this story posted 7/31/04 from another photo newsgroup,
alt.binaries.photos.nude-art:

The pictures he shot (and posted) are not nude at all, more like street
photography when cops arrived. Here's his story (today's post he's got a
lawyer)
<paul>

I got arrested today....fixing to shoot glamour portfolio, non-nude
shots at the fountain downtown Baton Rouge. We got to the fountain, two
models and me, they were both fully dressed...and they got in. One girl
tried to turn her dress around and a boob popped out. A guy with his wife
saw it and he threatened to throw my camera gear into the fountain. The
model in question knew this guy and he works as a bouncer in a strip club.

They left, but evidentally called the cops who came and detained us for two
hours waiting to see if what they wanted to do.

They spoke to each girl separately...tried to get them to tell the cops
that
I was a pedofile...and both girls..one 20 and the other 23 both told them
that I was a glamour photog and shot them often.

Two hours later, they confiscated my camera, my disk, and my video. I had
no
tape in the video, and the disk contained two pics...both of the cops...

I cannot take the puritannical swing that Bush is making this country go. I
am now totally for Kerry, and somehow we have to stem the tide of the
ashcroft puritanism that is grabbing hold of the country, and I want to
have
some rights back again. I am tired of being guilty and having to prove
myself innocent.

They have no evidence, no witness, and yet..I cannot get my camera back
till
they disect the equipment. This reeks of nazisim...I am done totally with
bush..and though I do not like Kerry..I am going to grow to love him..
