Welcome to the LUG! Here you will find the best saloon keeper in the
local universe, some of the most knowledgeable Leica folk ever, experts
in software design or implementation, world class doctors, cranky
ideologues, pretty fair photographers, and discussions that occasionally
veer into the taboo subject of photography.

As to your images:

is a great capture of mysterious goings on at a gallery or museum. The
viewer is not quite clear whether the people are part of the exhibit or
reacting to the art or possibly each other. I might have cropped a
little more off the right.

While a little mundane, this image is a very good example of seeing good
light and getting the range on film.

Found this mailing list as I was looking around the net and it seems
like an interesting list with some good topics covered in the past.

I'm a very recent Leica owner (about 3-4 weeks now).
Bought a Leica M3 camera and Summicron 50/2.0 lens.
Only put two rolls through it so far but so far I like the results - but
maybe even more so I really like the feel of the camera.

For those interested in the camera/lens there are some photos of it

For those interested in photos from the first two rolls you can see that

So far I'm a happy user. :-)

Any comments/suggestions appreciated.
