Free is a great price BD!:) I didn?t think this was your system so don?t
take this personally!
At B&H which is where I'd get it from:

Olympus 300mm f/2.8 ED Lens for Olympus E-1 Digital Camera (Four Thirds
System Compatible) $6,495.95
That's a 2.8. Not an f2!
Priced for as if it's a 600 perhaps which in effect it is!

Canon Imp Telephoto EF 300mm f/2.8L IS Image Stabilizer USM Autofocus Lens
$3,799.95! I'll take two!!
You can get the same in f4 for $1,119.95

Konica-Minolta Telephoto AF 300mm f/2.8 APO G Autofocus Lens $3,549

Nikon Telephoto AF-S Nikkor 300mm f/2.8D ED-IF II Autofocus Lens - imp
$3,599.95

The option of course is to put your old Olympus Zuiko 4.5 on it which now
runs for about 6 or 7 hundred bucks. Although how easy that might be to
focus I don?t know.

Pentax?USA $5,152.50 Telephoto SMCP-A* 300mm f/2.8 ED IF Manual Focus Len
WOW!

Sigma USA $2,299.00 Telephoto 300mm f/2.8 EX APO Autofocus Lens for Minolta
Maxxum

Other focal lengths:

Olympus 11-22mm f/2.8-3.5 ED Lens
List Price: $949.00 Our Price:$799.95 Mfr. Mail-In Rebate:$80.00 Price After
Rebate: $719.95
Everything in the system has a rebate.

The 50 f2 macro
List Price: $599.00 Our Price: $499.95 Mfr. Mail-In Rebate: $50.00 Price
After Rebate: $449.95
Priced as the high tech item it undoubtedly is.
The first review I read said it focused particularly bad with the camera.
But great for portraits if you just focused it yourself!

The last two lenses look up yourselves!
